• Paul points out that while they are brothers - they are brothers in Christ.
• Paul’s primary responsibility is to be a minister of the gospel, not a friend.

Our love is supposed to be a visible sign that we are disciples of Christ.

At Liberty to Serve

Galatians 5:13

• Our liberty in Christ does not extend to having fun outside the dimensions of scripture.

We are to serve one another in that liberty.

Love Centered in Service

Romans 12:9-13

• We are not to be slothful in business, but our first order of business is to be a minister.

Colossians 3:15-17

• Our fellowship is always to be Christ centered, never self-centered.

REMEMBER:

A Consistent Walk

Hebrews 10:23-25

• Fellowship is not a time to take a break from being a Christian.
• Fellowship is a time to relax with a Christian as a Christian.

More Than Chips And a Soda

1 Thessalonians 4:13-18

• We are to comfort one another - not entertain one another!

Hebrews 3:12, 13

• We are to look out for, and exhort one another!

James 5:16

• We are to minister to one another.
